"I wanted to build the place I could never find."
After a decade as a massage therapist in Miami's busiest hotels, our founder Elena Marchetti moved north craving something quieter — a spa that felt less like a factory and more like a friend's home by the water.
In 2009 she opened Serenity with one table, a kettle, and a promise: never rush a guest, never push a product, and treat every body that comes through the door with patience. That promise still runs the place. Fifteen years later, our team of eighteen carries it into every appointment.
